Before joining Agilith Capital, Anne Lee spent more than 18 years with the University of Toronto Asset Management Corporation (UTAM), where she held progressively senior roles, most recently as Senior Manager, Investment Operations. In that capacity, she led a team responsible for trade execution, custody oversight, financial reporting, and audit coordination, while driving key process improvement and systems implementation initiatives. Her extensive background includes optimizing operational workflows, strengthening internal controls, and developing robust reporting frameworks to support executive decision-making.
Earlier in her career, Anne served as Team Leader, Fund Administration at Legg Mason Canada, where she managed fund operations for Canadian investment portfolios.
